Ok it’s official!  I have finally shot a wedding at Sarah P. Duke Gardens.  With that being said…Renee and Josh’s wedding was AHHHHMAZING!!  I was able to meet these two on the rehearsal night and I was super nervous.  Well heck I am always nervous with meeting new couples…that is unless I’ve gulped down a cup off coffee beforehand lol. After introducing myself I knew these two would be labeled as one of my “perfect couples”.  They were super laid back, so sweet, and…HELLO…they were gorgeous!

I arrived at an anxious brides house due to the weather looking like the bottom was about to fall out.  Believe me, I was not the only one keeping their phone by them to watch the hourly update for the day.  At one moment, while taking her details, the power did go out but only for a short period of time thankfully.  The rain soon came and left just as quick and the rest of the day was perfect.  The sun stayed away for a little while doing their first look and couple portraits and then once the ceremony started the sun came out right on time. Their gorgeous garden wedding couldn’t have played out any more perfect and I am so glad I was their to experience it and capture it all.
