The Distillery is one of those spaces that gives a wedding room to breathe. Clean architecture, beautiful natural light, and enough openness for the day to unfold without ever feeling overly staged. What I love most is how easily it moves between polished and completely unplanned—the kind of place where an editorial portrait and a ridiculous dance-floor moment can exist five minutes apart.

One of the biggest advantages of The Distillery is how much can happen in one place. There are spaces for getting ready, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception, so you’re not spending half your wedding day moving people from one location to another. The layout gives each part of the day its own feel while still keeping everything close together.
The Distillery is intentionally pretty neutral—white walls, polished concrete, warm wood, chandeliers, and clean architectural details. That gives couples a backdrop that can go very minimal or completely transformed depending on florals, color, lighting, and design. It doesn’t force you into one particular wedding aesthetic.
A Blank Canvas That Still Has Personality
The courtyard gives the day somewhere else to go. Cocktail hour can spill outside, guests can step away from the reception for a minute, and depending on how you design the day, it can become part of the celebration itself rather than just an extra outdoor space.

A wedding at The Distillery moves fast once everyone is in the room, and I don’t want you thinking about photography while it’s happening. I want you talking to your people, drinking your cocktail before it gets warm, sneaking outside for five minutes if you need a minute, and actually enjoying the place you spent so much time choosing.
My job is to make the photography fit into that—not the other way around. I’ll help when something needs a little direction, keep things moving when the timeline gets tight, and make sure we have space for the photographs you care about without turning the day into one long photo shoot.
You should leave The Distillery remembering the party, the people, and how the whole thing felt—not how much time you spent posing for me.
