There is something about a winter wedding that makes rich color feel even more dramatic. This styled celebration at The Orpheum leaned fully into red, from the velvet linens and layered décor to the bold fashion and romantic details throughout the space.

Created by Adorn Collective and an incredible team of vendors, the day felt theatrical, elegant, and a little unexpected. The Orpheum gave us a setting with plenty of personality, allowing every color, texture, and carefully chosen detail to stand out.

Styled shoots also give photographers room to slow down and experiment. I was able to photograph the design from different perspectives, play with the movement and light, and create images that felt polished without losing their energy.

For couples planning a celebration with bold color and statement details, this wedding offers plenty of inspiration. Red does not have to feel traditional or overly formal. Used intentionally, it can feel modern, romantic, and unforgettable.
