Tess and Nicky planned to have their wedding with all of their friends and family, that is before COVID hit. So instead of waiting until next year to get married…they eloped to Asheville and thought it would be best to celebrate later with friends and family in 2021. Everything was planning out perfectly until Amanda from Happily Ever Asheville and myself looked at the forecast for the day. Yep, rain…all…damn…day.  So we had to improvise.  I suggested that it would be awesome for them to do something a little different.  Since they were renting an adorable AirBnB that we use that for the ceremony and then have like an “in-home” session after words with them making tea and hanging out with their sweet 8 month old puppy.

This couldn’t have worked out any better. Not only did it stop raining, in order for them to have their ceremony out on the deck but also for their portraits.  HELL YES!!!
